Job description
We are an arbitration team working with PWA and schematic traffic, expanding and looking for a strong designer who can create converting video creatives.
Responsibilities
- Create video creatives (UGC, IRL, fakes, reels, etc.)
- Search for current approaches through SPY services
- Adapt and customize creatives for different GEOs
- Test new ideas and hypotheses
Requirements
- Experience with PWA/gambling creatives for over 1 year
- Proficient in After Effects, Photoshop/Figma
- Understanding of CTR and how design affects metrics
- Ability to work with neural networks (deepfake, AI tools)
- Awareness and understanding of trends in arbitration
