Job description
Looking for a Motion Designer / Video Editor at Opticell. Focus on CTR, Hook Rate, and Retention. Full-time remote position with above-market salary.
Responsibilities
• Create and test creatives for Google Demand Gen, YouTube, Kayzen
• Produce UGC, Shorts, in-feed, and interstitial videos for Forex / CFD / Crypto
• Quickly release new combinations, resize winners, and scale hypotheses
• Adapt creatives for different GEOs: Asia, Europe, LATAM
Requirements
• Proficiency in After Effects + Premiere Pro (or CapCut / DaVinci)
• Understanding of the Hook → Retention → CTA connection
• Familiarity with arbitrage creatives and habit of monitoring trends
• Experience with AI tools (Kling, Runway, Veo, HeyGen, Midjourney, Flux, etc.)
• Ability to quickly assemble UGC and ads that look like content
