Network Engineer I

We design and implement low latency technologies, trading strategies, and mathematical models. Founded in Sydney, our first office opened in Chicago in 2011, with additional offices in Sydney, Shanghai, London, and Singapore.

- Collaborate with teams to configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure - Provide day-to-day support of network and application environments - Provide evening and weekend support and travel to data centers as required - Evaluate current and new technology to improve infrastructure - Design, implement, and manage WAN/LAN networks - Work with network providers to maintain stable and cost-effective infrastructure - Document and automate day-to-day operations

- 2–3 years of network engineering experience - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field - Understanding of TCP/IP and OSI stack - Understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) - Experience with Juniper, Arista, or Cisco - Understanding of switching, firewalls, STP, VLANs, VPNs, Trunks, ACLs, multicast routing - Experience with network traffic and protocol analysis tools - Basic understanding of Linux/Unix - Scripting language experience (e.g., Python)

- Minimum base salary of $110,000 - Eligible for discretionary performance bonus - Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement contributions, and paid time off
