Neuro Artist

We are looking for a Neuro Artist to create expressive visuals for animation and media projects using neural networks.

### Responsibilities - Develop AI visuals for animation, television, multimedia, and event projects - Generate key visuals, scenes, and series of frames for animation/editing - Maintain consistency of characters, objects, and environments - Explore, develop, and propose visual styles for the project based on direction/art direction tasks - Collaborate with motion/3D/compositing teams - Prepare materials for further animation, compositing, and post-production - Participate in building and optimizing the AI production pipeline within the studio

### Requirements - Strong understanding of composition, light, color, and atmosphere - Sense of form, silhouette, and perspective - Understanding of visual storytelling and ability to create cinematic shots and scenes - Knowledge of shot sizes and cinematic language - Experience working in various styles: from classic 2D animation to complex 3D rendering ### AI Experience - Strong experience in image generation and AI video - High-level prompt engineering - Working with references and style transfer - Understanding of the series frame generation pipeline - Consistency control and artifact removal - Experience in training/using LoRA is a plus ### Tools **Required:** - Midjourney / Flux / Stable Diffusion - Kling / Runway / Higgsfield / analogs - Adobe Photoshop **Preferred:** - After Effects / Premiere / DaVinci / Fusion / 3D software - Experience with animation/post-production pipeline - Artistic education/completed courses is a significant advantage
