At Hebu Medical, we are looking for someone to help us organize and develop the daily functioning of the office and the team. We are a small but rapidly growing team. We operate dynamically, often reactively, which is why we need an Office Manager who will take care of the team, ensure work organization, and help us build a better-functioning organization.
Responsibilities
- Daily care for the office and team operations.
- Coordinating the work of a small stationary team.
- Monitoring deadlines, information flow, and task execution.
- Supporting the team in work organization and solving current problems.
- Ensuring that agreements and deadlines are met.
- Organizing and developing operational processes.
- Working with ERP/CRM systems.
- Collaborating directly with the company president.
- Participating in building the company's organizational structure for the coming years.

Conditions
