We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities

- **Ad-hoc Task Execution:** Handling various tasks from the head of the department to support broader operational goals.

Requirements
- **Relevant Experience:** At least 1 year of proven experience in an Office Manager position to ensure smooth and professional daily office operations.
- **Software Proficiency:** Experienced user of MS Office to maintain organized documentation, schedules, and digital records.
- **Language Proficiency:** English at a B2 level (with Greek as a valuable advantage) to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment and coordinate with local vendors.
- **Information Management:** Ability to process and organize a vast load of information to prevent operational bottlenecks and maintain order.
- **Proactive Problem-Solving:** Energetic and proactive attitude with the ability to multitask under pressure to resolve office-related issues quickly.
- **Communication Skills:** Strong verbal and written communication skills to provide high-quality assistance to employees and management.
- **AI Tooling Awareness:** Interest in using AI tools for task scheduling, automated reminders, and document drafting to increase personal and office productivity.
