Office & Workplace Experience Specialist

- Experience in reception, hospitality, customer service, office administration, or similar people-facing roles - Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a warm and professional manner - Deliver a high-quality office and customer experience as the face of the Lugano office - Support daily office operations and administrative processes - Handle expense reporting and invoicing activities - Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events - Support office management and office move activities - Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence - Collaborate across teams and support various internal projects

- Experience in reception, hospitality, customer service, office administration, or similar people-facing roles - Familiarity with office management procedures. - Highschool diploma or equivalent - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - A genuine customer-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills - Excellent English and Italian communication skills - German and/or French is highly preferred - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workplace - Positive, professional, and service-minded attitude - Curiosity for technology and AI-driven ways of working
