- Provide full support to Galaxy Digital’s trading and investment operations - Work in a fast‐paced trading environment with daily interaction across multiple business units (Trading, Operations, Finance, Engineering) - Manage all aspects of OTC trade capture, reporting, and settlement - Ensure operational processes are fully documented, tested and adequately supported - Identify operational control gaps and suggest process improvements - Respond to inquiries from counterparties, custodians and brokers - Daily trade, position and cash reconciliations - Embrace and champion the thoughtful adoption of AI to improve team performance and business outcomes. - Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms, data copilots) to improve productivity, decision-making, and output quality in your day-to-day work.

- 1-2 years of experience in Operations with products, systems and technology - Quick learner, hardworking, results driven, responsible; an outgoing individual with a strong work ethic - Self-motivated and proactive with the proven ability to work accurately and under pressure to meet deadlines - Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate within a team environment and interact across departments - An interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology
