Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to customer transactions.
- Manage transaction statements to perform reconciliations of company assets.
- Monitor transaction processing, including authorizations and settlements.
- Assist with various operations-related tasks.
- Contribute to ad hoc tasks and projects.
- Develop, maintain, and improve operational policies and procedures.
- Identify, propose, and document enhancements to processes and internal controls.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in an Operations department.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in payments, banking, financial reconciliation, or card disputes.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Data-oriented mindset with advanced Excel or database skills.
- A keen interest in technology and cryptocurrencies.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
