Responsibilities
- Responsible for administration and operational support of all accounts under administration.
- Experience in KYC and customer due diligence, including verifying identities, collecting and reviewing documents, and assessing risks for Institutional Clients.
- Middle office operations for trade settlements, ensuring the timely and accurate confirmation, matching, and lifecycle management of trades.
- Oversee the complete flow of daily transaction processing, from initial data input to finalization and reconciliation.
- Perform system testing, identify discrepancies in data, and assist in implementing system enhancements.
- Provide operational support for customer support for banking transactions.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to both internal & external requests for information.
- Serve as a proactive problem-solver by being able to troubleshoot account questions/issues in support of Operations.
- Exemplify a willingness to take on other responsibilities as needed by our Management Team.
