- Monitor and improve card program key metric rates
- Support card growth initiatives and marketing
- Manage end-to-end card chargeback lifecycle
- Perform reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
- Manage onboarding workflows for new merchants
- Conduct data analysis to support growth
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payments, fintech, or banking operations
- Hands-on experience with card products preferred
- Familiarity with chargeback/dispute resolution processes
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
