Responsibilities
- Monitor daily payment operations including deposits, withdrawals, and funding workflows
- Perform reconciliations between internal systems, banking partners, and payment providers
- Investigate and help resolve payment exceptions and operational discrepancies
- Support operational workflows related to payment processing and settlement
- Work with internal teams to resolve payment-related customer issues
- Assist in maintaining documentation for payment operations procedures
- Help improve operational efficiency by identifying process improvements
- Support operational readiness for new payment methods and partners
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in payments operations, financial operations, or fintech
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Commerce
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with financial data accurately
- Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple operational workflows in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in fintech, payments infrastructure, and financial services
