Responsibilities
## What You’ll Do:
- Support daily operational processes related to trade settlement, reconciliation, data management, and client servicing.
- Assist with process improvement and transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, automation, and control.
- Contribute to onboarding activities for new clients, accounts, or business lines by helping document procedures, test systems, and track progress.
- Collaborate with teams across operations, technology, and finance to identify pain points and recommend practical solutions.
- Help develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and documentation for ongoing projects and operational workflows.
- Participate in ad hoc projects supporting change management, regulatory readiness, and process optimization.
Requirements
## What We’re Looking For:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; exposure to data analysis or visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Enthusiasm for learning about capital markets, trade lifecycle operations, and process improvement.
- Self-starter mindset with a desire to contribute ideas and take ownership of tasks in a collaborative environment.
