Job description
We are a large international iGaming holding with dozens of offices and thousands of employees. We are seeking a strong operations leader to help us establish a system where everything works smoothly, predictably, and without manual management.
Responsibilities
### Role Variants - COO / Operations Manager (managing operational activities) - Head of Office Management (managing office networks, standards, control) - Regional Project Manager (coordinating regional teams, processes, reporting) - PM/OM in the CMO department (hybrid of operational management and project management)
Requirements
- Experience in operational management, administration, or project management for at least 3 years. - Understanding of processes, KPIs, reporting, and budgets. - Ability to work with people and teams — both subordinates and related departments. - Willingness to 'work hands-on'. - Russian language is mandatory. English is welcomed. - Willingness to relocate to Cyprus.
