Operations Manager – Middle

SOFTSWISS is hiring an Operations Manager to support the operational stability and performance of assigned projects. This role sits at the intersection of operations, analytics, and cross-functional coordination, requiring a proactive and ownership-driven professional who can efficiently manage operational processes and ensure smooth day-to-day execution across multiple workstreams.

### What you’ll do - Analyze key product and financial metrics across projects on a daily basis - Identify anomalies, risks, and growth opportunities before they impact the business - Conduct initial root-cause analysis together with analysts and internal teams - Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve operational incidents and business issues efficiently - Monitor task execution, SLA compliance, and timely escalation of critical issues - Ensure alignment and effective communication between internal departments - Translate business needs into actionable internal tasks and oversee their execution - Initiate process improvements and scale successful practices across multiple projects - Maintain operational documentation, processes, and workflows in Confluence - Support operational planning and execution across ongoing initiatives

### Required Experience - Experience in iGaming in Operations, Project Management, or Account Management roles - Strong understanding of product and financial metrics - Ability to analyze data and identify root causes of deviations - Experience identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies in operational processes - Ability to propose and implement operational process improvements - Experience working with Jira and Confluence - High level of ownership and proactivity - Strong communication and coordination skills
