- Qualify and onboard OTC Customers - Act as the main point of contact for customers to execute large trades - Ensure anticipated OTC trades are pre-funded or have adequate credit facilities - Maintain strong relationships with traders and institutional customers - Manage OTC trade disputes and Working Capital - Ensure timely settlement through established processes - Execute trades according to approved strategies - Actively manage the Profit and Loss of the APAC OTC desk - Conduct in-depth analyses of digital asset markets - Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies - Maintain accurate records of trades, P/L, risk, and performance metrics - Generate regular reports for stakeholders - Create specifications for improvements to Trading and Risk Systems - Evaluate and motivate for improvement of risk frameworks

- Minimum of 2 years of trading experience within a brokerage or sell-side OTC trading desk in crypto, FX, equities or derivatives - Proven track record of onboarding and growing institutional client accounts - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced trading environment - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in trade execution - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal - Strong understanding of OTC trading and market structure (preferred) - Familiarity with trading platforms and APIs (preferred)
