Responsibilities
- Build and develop the vendor ecosystem for outsourcing and outstaffing
- Manage the full hiring cycle for temporary and contract employees
- Consult the business on outsourcing strategies
- Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, HR Ops, and TA teams
- Track and improve contractor metrics (quality, speed, cost)
- Optimize processes and enhance hiring efficiency
- Act as an expert on contingent workforce within the company
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment / vendor management / workforce solutions
- Experience with outsourcing / outstaffing / contingent workforce
- Experience hiring tech and non-tech roles
- Ability to work with external contractors and manage their results
- Experience in an international environment
- Balance between speed, quality, and compliance
