We are looking for an initiative-driven and experienced Business Development Specialist to expand our P2P segment. This role is ideal for middle-level professionals interested in the crypto industry and P2P market, offering a flexible work format with direct business impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop and scale the P2P segment in the assigned region
- Analyze market and competitive environment, identify growth opportunities
- Source, onboard, and maintain active engagement with P2P merchants
- Track key metrics and assist in report preparation
- Collect and analyze feedback from users and partners to improve the product
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement business initiatives
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or related fields (experience in crypto/fintech is a plus)
- Understanding of the crypto market and P2P segment specifics
- Knowledge of the local market
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to organize work independently and manage time effectively
- Fluent in Russian and proficient in English
