- Lead end-to-end marketplace strategy and operations for a C2C platform - Drive cold start execution, including supply acquisition and demand activation - Design and optimize supply-demand balance mechanisms - Build and refine trust & safety systems - Develop and implement platform governance frameworks - Analyze marketplace data to improve conversion, retention, and engagement - Collaborate with product, growth, and engineering teams - Explore and integrate emerging technologies to improve marketplace dynamics

- 5+ years of experience in C2C marketplaces preferred - Proven experience as a core operations leader in a P2P/C2C marketplace - Hands-on experience in 0 to 1 marketplace build-out - Strong understanding of two-sided marketplace dynamics - Deep familiarity with C2C marketplace logic and user behavior - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - High level of self-learning ability and adaptability - Bilingual English/Mandarin required
