- Map growth channels by researching target markets to identify high-conversion, non-mainstream channels.
- Build micro-influencer and KOC networks for authentic word-of-mouth and brand trust.
- Drive partnerships with co-marketing initiatives.
- Operate channels with tailored content and optimize acquisition funnels.
- Identify competitive white spaces and capture untapped traffic opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of international growth experience, ideally with Chinese companies.
- Strong instinct for long-tail channels.
- Cross-cultural fluency with strong English or other language skills.
- High ownership and resilience in ambiguous environments.
- Data-driven execution with sustainable acquisition models.
