- Support Know Your Business (KYB) processes. - Maintain and develop relationships with partners. - Implement strategies based on partner feedback. - Work with internal teams for resolutions and recommendations. - Handle customer concerns professionally. - Perform related duties and tasks. - Take on ad-hoc projects.

- Educational background in business administration, management, finance, or relevant experience. - Experience in Business Development and Account Management. - Preferably experience in customer service and BPO. - Exposure to financial services and fintech industries. - Experience in B2B support is a plus. - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. - Knowledge of Google Suite programs. - Strong communication skills in English and Filipino. - Highly-flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment. - Problem-solving ability in high-volume environments. - Detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
