Job description
An accredited IT company with an international B2C financial trading platform is looking for a strong leader to head the Influence and Marketing Production directions.
Responsibilities
- Develop the influence and partnership marketing direction in an international company;
- Search, connect, and activate strong influencers and partners in target regions;
- Manage the collection and structuring of contact databases through Modash.io and similar tools;
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners, providing them with content, support, and motivation;
- Track partner effectiveness daily and find scaling opportunities;
- Analyze successful promo mechanics and spread best practices across regions;
- Manage key KPIs: daily activity, conversions in the influencer acquisition funnel, reactivation and retention metrics;
- Coordinate team work across different regions and ensure process synchronization;
- Mentor, develop, and evaluate performance of affiliate/partner managers and regional teams;
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the results of the direction;
- Use analytics to identify weak areas, growth points, and the most effective activities.
Requirements
- Experience managing distributed teams of 7 or more;
- Fluent English;
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions;
- Experience in high-risk verticals is mandatory;
- Experience working with Tier 3 countries is a priority;
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build partnerships;
- Expressed leadership qualities, systematic approach, and accountability for results;
- Understanding of how to scale influence and affiliate directions in international products.
