Partnership Specialist

COLIBRIX ONE is a licensed Electronic Money Institution (FCA, MFSA) and principal member of Visa/Mastercard, building AI-powered payment infrastructure for PSPs, EMIs and neobanks across EU and UK. Our suite includes global card processing, digital wallets, cross-border merchant accounts and alternative payment methods.

Maintain daily operations and communication with partners. Oversee technical integration processes and monitor key metrics (conversion rate, etc.). Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams on partner-related operations. Represent the company at events and help attract new partners.

Technical understanding of payment systems: payment flows, acquiring. Experience in B2B partnerships within fintech (acquirers / PSPs — advantage). Knowledge of high-risk industries: gambling, crypto, etc. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Attention to detail, proactive mindset, system thinking. Fluent English and Russian (additional languages — plus).
