Job description
We are a payment aggregator connecting merchants and routing traffic through providers and P2P channels across multiple GEOs.
Responsibilities
- Agree on connection terms, rates, and routing with merchants.
- Monitor the execution of agreements by partners.
- Develop cooperation with merchants, providers, and traders.
- Seek new partners for growth in turnover and profit.
- Communicate with partners and suggest improvements.
- Launch and support integrations with new providers and P2P channels.
- Configure payment methods, routes, and merchant settings.
- Monitor conversion, approve rate, and volumes through Grafana.
- Troubleshoot conversion issues, fraud, rejections, and provider defaults.
- Analyze new payment methods and GEO.
- Represent the company at industry conferences.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in the payment industry.
- Experience working on the aggregator or PSP side is a plus.
- Understanding of traffic routing, cascades, and conversion funnels.
- Experience with payment platform admin panels.
- Ability to analyze metrics and identify problem causes.
- Experience developing relationships with merchants and providers.
- English language proficiency from B2.
