As a Payment Operations Specialist, you will: - Train and hire agents for payment processing - Handle scam payments to recover deposits - Monitor payment methods in key GEOs - Analyze competitors' payment methods and fraud barriers - Find merchants, processors, and aggregators - Analyze payment solutions in new countries - Conduct test transactions and document results - Prepare analytical reports - Collaborate closely with product, risk, and integration teams

We are looking for candidates with: - Experience in fintech, payment aggregators, PSP, iGaming, or related high-risk verticals - Understanding of banking and non-banking payment methods - Skills in testing payment flows - Knowledge of key GEOs and their restrictions - Ability to work with spreadsheets and data parsing - Skills in process creation from scratch
