- Scale global HR processes and initiatives

Requirements
- Strong experience in HRBP / People Partner roles in an international environment
- Skills in working with HR data and analytics
- Experience interacting with senior leadership (SLT)
- Ability to develop strategies aligned with business goals
- Experience in fast-growing companies
- Skills in AI tools are a plus
- High level of independence, strategic thinking, and flexibility
