Responsibilities
- Support employees with HR programs and benefits
- Ensure compliance in the Netherlands and monitor changes in labour laws
- Manage employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, job changes, leaves, offboarding
- Work with the payroll team and HR systems
- Administer employee benefits programs
- Implement AI, automation, and service delivery technologies
- Participate in cross-functional projects and improve People Operations processes
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in People Operations or People Service Delivery
- Excellent knowledge of labour laws and regulations in the Netherlands
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Experience with AI, automation, or service delivery technologies
- Experience with Workday and systems (e.g., Jira)
- Ability to balance operational tasks and projects
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with HSM permit extensions and visa processes is a plus
