Job description

Responsibilities
• Maintain and update HRIS systems and ensure data quality.
• Support payroll processes with external providers and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
• Maintain HR documentation, including contracts and administrative deadlines.
• Monitor employee data, such as leaves and benefits, and update regularly.
• Support administrative and organizational activities within the People & Culture team.
• Participate in People & Culture initiatives and HR process improvement projects.
• Assist in organizing company events and activities to increase employee engagement.
• Collaborate with People Business Partners on HR projects and team initiatives.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR / People Operations, preferably in a dynamic, technological, or international environment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, administration, and payroll basics (PL).
• Excellent communication skills and a partnership approach to working with employees and managers.
• Very good knowledge of English (working in a global environment).
Conditions
• Fixed-term collaboration, usually between 3 to 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
