Job description
BGaming is an international game development studio in the iGaming sector, creating creative online casino products for the global market.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main HR partner for teams and implement key HR processes (onboarding, 1:1, performance, offboarding) - Build trustful relationships with employees and support their development - Identify and resolve issues affecting team efficiency and wellbeing - Collect and escalate feedback on HR policies and processes - Launch initiatives for engagement and corporate culture - Advise managers on motivation, development, and retention
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in HR (HR Generalist / Manager / Specialist) - At least 1 year of experience as a People Partner - Understanding of key HR processes - Skills in analysis and data handling - Ability to work with cross-functional teams - Strong communication skills, empathy, and stress resilience - Advanced Russian, Upper-Intermediate+ English - Knowledge of Polish labor law is a plus
