Job description

Responsibilities
- Work with managers to enhance team efficiency and leadership development - Conduct performance review cycles and implement feedback culture - Manage employee relations cases and serve as the primary HR contact - Oversee the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, changes) - Support organizational changes, workforce planning, and org design - Improve HR processes and employee experience - Ensure compliance with HR policies and risk reduction - Conduct regular check-ins with managers and employees
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as HR Partner / HRBP / HR advisory - Experience with marketing teams is preferred - Mandatory experience in iGaming - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Fluent in Russian and English - Experience with HRIS (HiBob, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.) - Experience in international or hybrid environments - Attention to detail, proactivity, and confidentiality
