Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of employees in the US (onboarding → performance → offboarding)
- Partner with managers on performance and employee decisions
- Launch and manage performance review cycles
- Develop and implement competency matrices
- Coach managers (feedback, PIP, probation, development)
- Work with employee relations (terminations, risks, documentation)
- Collaborate with Legal and HR Ops on US compliance
- Analyze HR metrics and employee feedback
- Build scalable HR processes
- Maintain documentation in HR systems
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR / People Partner / HRBP with US FTE employees
- Practical experience in employee relations in the US
- Experience in building performance management processes
- Experience in creating competency matrices from scratch
- Understanding of US employment (at-will, documentation, state differences)
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment (startup / scale-up)
- Coaching skills for managers
- Data-driven approach (metrics, eNPS, etc.)
- Experience with HR tools (BambooHR, Lattice, etc.)
- Fluent in Russian and English
- Willingness to work in the US time zone (EST)
