Responsibilities
### What You'll Do: - Help with performance marketing across paid channels, managing a minimum of $100M+ in annual ad spend with clear accountability for CAC, LTV, payback period, and revenue growth. - Scale and optimize campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, affiliates, and emerging channels, with a strong bias toward testing, iteration, and capital-efficient growth. - Partner closely with creative, brand, product, and analytics teams to drive creative strategy and feedback loops, turning performance insights into stronger ad concepts, messaging, hooks, landing pages, and conversion paths. - Build a rigorous experimentation engine across audiences, bidding, offer strategy, funnel structure, creative formats, and attribution, using data to identify where incremental spend can drive outsized returns. - Develop and maintain a best-in-class performance reporting system, including forecasting, budget allocation, channel mix modeling, and incrementally thinking, so leadership can make fast, informed growth decisions.
Requirements
### Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid acquisition, or growth marketing, preferably in a consumer tech, fintech, or high-growth startup environment. - Proven experience managing large-scale paid media budgets ($50M–$100M+ preferred). - Deep expertise across major paid acquisition platforms including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Google, and YouTube. - Strong analytical mindset with experience in attribution, incrementally testing, and performance modeling. - Track record of scaling growth while maintaining or improving efficiency metrics such as CAC, LTV, and payback period. - Experience working cross-functionally with creative, product, and data teams. - Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. - Cross-environment buying experience (web + mobile app). - Experience in trading, fintech, or financial products. - Familiarity with advanced attribution models and incrementally testing frameworks. - Strong intuition for creative strategy and direct response marketing.
