Performance Marketer

We are: - An international team from 6+ countries; - Over 25,000+ active users daily; - More than 200,000+ trading strategies launched on the platform; - Over 100,000+ followers on Social Media; - Official partnerships with Binance, Bybit, OKX, BingX, HTX, Gate.IO, and others.

### Responsibilities - Launching and scaling performance campaigns across various sources (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, VK Ads, Yandex.Direct, etc.); - Working with international traffic and affiliate/buying logic; - Finding and testing new combinations; - Optimizing funnels: landing pages, conversions, loss points; - Analyzing metrics: CAC, LTV, ROI, CR, ROMI; - Working with web and cross-analytics, making data-driven decisions; - Scaling profitable combinations; - Participating in the formation of offers and positioning; - Interacting with the marketing and content team.

### Requirements - Experience in performance/growth for at least 2 years; - Experience in crypto/web3/gambling/affiliate/other high-risk niches; - Understanding how combinations are built and scaled (not just "launching ads"); - Ability to work with numbers and explain results through metrics; - Experience managing budgets and traffic independently; - Quick thinking, independence, result-oriented.
