ProfitSM, a wholesale aggregator for construction materials, is scaling up and seeking a Performance Marketer. - Manage the Telegram channel 'ProfitSM' with daily prices and promotions. - Enhance and promote the website profitsm.ru. - Scale CPA channels and manage partnerships. - Conduct lead and ROI analytics.

As a Performance Marketer, you will: - Launch and manage the Telegram channel 'ProfitSM'. - Enhance and promote the website profitsm.ru. - Connect and scale CPA channels and partnerships. - Set up referral links and promo codes. - Analyze leads, applications, and ROI.

Candidates should have: - Experience in launching and growing Telegram channels in B2B. - Cases in CPA and affiliate marketing. - SEO experience and website management skills. - Understanding of aggregator/marketplace models.

We offer: - Project-based start for 1–3 months, then salary plus commission. - Fully remote work. - Opportunity to grow to Head of Digital. - Salary: 100,000 – 150,000 RUB plus commission.
