Job description
We work with licensed iGaming projects, using only white-hat approaches. We scale campaigns in competitive GEOs, including Latin America, and provide freedom for independent decision-making.
Responsibilities
• Traffic channels - launching, managing, and scaling campaigns in Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, UAC) and Meta Ads
• Budget management - allocating spend between GEOs and channels
• Deep analytics - monitoring CPA, ROI, LTV, retention, and payback, working with GA4, tracking, and BI systems
• Testing and quality - continuous testing of hypotheses and creatives, strict quality control of traffic under compliance restrictions in regulated markets
• Synchronization - close interaction with CRM, Product, Design, and Analytics teams
Requirements
• Practical experience with Google Ads in gambling/betting for at least 3 years
• Ability to systematically influence ROI
