Job description
We are a team developing the midcore mobile RTS Wargard. We are looking for someone to take on performance marketing as a system: from traffic acquisition to creative production and deep analytics.
Responsibilities
- Manage paid traffic: launch, optimize, and scale campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, networks)
- Build and maintain UA funnels for different geos and hypotheses
- Set tasks for creatives: formulate hypotheses, briefs, control production, iterations
- Systematic testing: creatives, audiences, placements, approaches
- Work with analytics: CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention, cohort analysis
- Interpret data and make decisions (what to scale, what to kill)
- Collaborate with product (features, events, offers for monetization and marketing)
- Find and connect new channels and networks
- Build repeatable processes (creative, testing, reporting pipelines)
Requirements
- Experience in performance marketing / UA (mobile apps or games)
- Understanding creatives as performance drivers (not just 'banners for the sake of banners'), experience managing in-house and/or external creative teams
- Confident working with metrics: CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, Retention
- Experience with advertising platforms (Meta / Google / DSP)
- Skill in formulating hypotheses and setting tests
- Analytical thinking: able to read numbers and draw conclusions
- Experience with tracking (Adjust / AppsFlyer or analogs)
- Independence: ability to build processes rather than wait for them
- Understanding creative patterns in gaming (gameplay, fake ads, hooks)
- Application of AI tools in work processes
