Job description

Responsibilities
### In This Role You Will: - Setup, maintain, and optimize Kubernetes clusters to ensure availability, scalability, and reliability. - Deploy and maintain essential Kubernetes core services, including ingress, secrets management, and CNI/CSI. - Design, implement, and maintain a robust Kubernetes network, ensuring secure and efficient communication between services. - Implement and enforce security best practices within Kubernetes clusters to protect critical infrastructure and applications. - Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD infrastructure to streamline the deployment. - Deploy and maintain large-scale storage and database systems to support business-critical data services. - Lead the deployment of new sites, regions, and environments from the ground up, ensuring rapid and reliable availability. - Maintain, upgrade, and enhance existing infrastructure through continuous development, monitoring, and iterative improvements.
Requirements
### You Could Be a Great Fit for the Role If You Have: - Experience with distributed storage systems and modern distributed database solutions. - Experience of deploying and maintaining Kubernetes clusters at scale. - Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation and deployment tools like ArgoCD, Flux, Terraform. - Knowledge of modern DevOps practices and tools (GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, etc.). - Exposure to designing and maintaining service-defined networks within Kubernetes, e.g., service meshes like Istio. - Understanding of Kubernetes security best practices (RBAC, network policies, etc.). - Proficiency in AWS and GCP cloud platforms, leveraging their services for enhanced scalability and redundancy. - Strong skills in Linux environments and shell scripting for automation and troubleshooting, with experience in Golang being a plus.
