Policy Associate

The Crypto Council for Innovation (CCI) is a global alliance of industry leaders in the digital assets space with a mission to demonstrate the transformational promise of crypto and communicate its benefits to policymakers, regulators, and people around the globe. CCI supports governments and institutions worldwide in efforts to shape and encourage the responsible regulation of crypto.

- Monitor legislative, regulatory, and policy developments impacting the digital asset ecosystem. - Conduct research and analysis on issues including market structure, staking, stablecoins, and more. - Draft policy memoranda, issue briefs, and other written materials. - Support CCI policy working groups and member engagement. - Assist in meetings and engagements with policymakers and regulators.

- Bachelor's degree in public policy, economics, political science, finance, or a related field. - 1–3 years of experience in a policy, research, government, or regulatory role. - Strong interest in digital assets, financial services regulation, and emerging technology policy. - Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills. - Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment.
