Job description
A strong performance boutique agency specializing in international digital projects. About 80% of our tasks are related to the gaming industry (mobile & gaming), so most of the work involves English-speaking advertising campaigns, targeting Western audiences, and finding effective solutions for scaling client projects.
Responsibilities
- Launch, configure, and optimize campaigns in Google Ads and Yandex Direct.
- Work with English-language creatives, ad texts, and segmentation of Western audiences.
- Conduct marketing research, identify key insights and hypotheses for tests.
- Analyze campaign metrics (CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV) and prepare insights for the team.
- Support current projects and participate in scaling new launches.
- Collaborate with the creative and product teams to improve conversions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Google Ads and Yandex Direct.
- Proficient in Google Analytics.
- Experience promoting projects in the gaming and/or iGaming sector.
- Experience with foreign markets and understanding the specifics of international audiences.
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Analytical approach to work, independence, and readiness to test hypotheses.
