Responsibilities
### What you'll do:
- Drive increased trading volume by understanding clients' liquidity needs and providing real-time support.
- Build and maintain trusted counterparty relationships through quality execution and daily market updates.
- Partner with Sales, Financing, and Account Management teams to identify and onboard new client relationships.
- Provide structured feedback from clients to institutional Product Managers.
- Maintain a real-time pulse on market sentiment and trading activity.
Requirements
### Required Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of sales and/or trading experience in digital assets, FX, equities, credit, or derivatives.
- Strong options trading capability, including pricing, hedging, and risk management.
- Proven ability to build and maintain counterparty relationships with institutional clients.
- Experience producing institutional-grade market commentary.
- Weekend availability required.
