Responsibilities
• Responsible for middle office and operations within the derivatives business unit. • Support the calibration of trading parameters and define product specifications. • Implement and oversee structured workflows, processes, and frameworks to align with business goals across regional and global teams. • Identify process bottlenecks and generate optimization ideas and solutions for daily operational tasks. • Drive innovation by leveraging internal tools (AI, automation, and technical solutions) to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. • Respond to, investigate, and resolve operational issues in a timely and independent manner.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance (experience in crypto-native derivatives or trading is preferred). • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify, understand, and address operational and technical issues. • Proven project/Process management experience, with the ability to bridge technical and business domains. • Good understanding of derivatives product logic and risk data, particularly in calibrating trading parameters and defining product specifications. • Ability to multitask and work under pressure, effectively prioritizing tasks based on business needs. • Self-motivated and able to deliver with minimal supervision, while collaborating effectively within a team. • Experience working in a fast-paced, unstructured, and cross-cultural environment with high expectations. • Demonstrates a proactive, “can-do” attitude, comfort with ambiguity, and strong attention to detail.
