Job description

Responsibilities
- Formulate procurement strategies and plans. - Analyze procurement needs and optimize procurement structure. - Develop and manage supplier relationships. - Oversee the procurement process and ensure quality control. - Manage procurement budgets and cost control. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with various departments to align procurement with business needs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of procurement management experience. - Proficient in procurement processes and supplier management. - Strong cost control awareness and negotiation skills. - Familiarity with compliance requirements and risk management. - Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English. - Bachelor's degree in relevant fields; certifications preferred.
