Responsibilities
- Support vendor onboarding, including vendor creation, due diligence, and compliance checks.
- Assist with daily procurement operations across indirect categories.
- Manage the vendor lifecycle, including RFP/RFQ processes and performance reviews.
- Lead negotiations with vendors and guide contract processes.
- Contribute to process optimization efforts.
- Support data analysis and procurement documentation tracking.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in indirect procurement.
- In-depth knowledge of the Source-to-Pay process.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
- Results-oriented with a strong delivery mindset.
