Responsibilities
Lead the full production cycle of mobile games, focusing on Hyper casual Mobile games.
- Launch tech and soft launches, make decisions on CPI, retention, LTV, payback.
- Collaborate with analysts, UA managers, and game designers.
- Manage a cross-functional team (art, game design, development, QA).
- Oversee product funnel, LiveOps strategy, and content calendar.
- Validate unit economics and implement growth hypotheses.
- Communicate directly with the founder and influence business drivers.
Requirements
Experience in producing mobile and/or PC games from idea to release and LiveOps is essential.
- Experience in launching and scaling hyper-casual mobile games.
- Knowledge of hyper-casual and F2P game mechanics, monetization, and player behavior.
- Understanding of basic metrics: CPI, Retention, ARPU, ARPPU, LTV, ROAS.
- Experience with analytics and funnel building (Amplitude, Firebase, Mixpanel, Tenjin).
- Ability to prioritize scope, set hypotheses, and validate quickly.
- Project management skills: Jira, Gantt, syncs, delivery.
- Product thinking: see value, not just process.
- Flexibility, openness to feedback, responsibility for results.
