We, TOPHOUSE, have been developing and publishing adult games for over 3 years. We are scaling up and creating a new team for one of our new projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage the team at all stages of development — from pre-sale to release.
- Project planning: roadmap, sprints, deadlines, priorities.
- Produce the project: participate in shaping the vision, quality control, and timelines.
- Build processes within the new team from scratch.
- Facilitate communication between departments, resolve blockers, and manage risks.
Requirements
- Experience in game development as a producer or project manager.
- Confirmed releases in the portfolio — this is critically important for us.
- Ability to establish processes in the team and skills in people management.
- Positive attitude towards AI tools and readiness to actively use them.
- Flexible thinking: ability to adapt, simplify where possible, and not cling to 'how it was before'.
### Additional Pluses
- Experience with Unreal Engine or 3D projects in general.
- Understanding the specifics of 3D development from the inside.
- Worked on projects of various genres and formats — 2D, 3D, casual.
- Experience in forming teams from scratch.
