Job description
Astra is looking for a Product Analyst to enhance their product and business analysis capabilities, focusing on metrics and process digitization.
Responsibilities
• Filling the SAFe pipeline: epics, features, tasks with business values, impact metrics, and justification cases.
• Developing product-business dashboards: establishing metrics, tracking them, and digitizing processes.
• Decomposing ideas into PRD: feature economics, competitive analysis, discovery elements for development handover.
• Collaborating with PO and development: backlog artifacts, hypothesis prototypes, symbiosis with AI/low-code tools. Parallel work on medium complexity projects: competitor analytics, economics without heavy computations.
Requirements
• Deep understanding of SAFe, including working with epics, Lean Canvas, and RICE/ICE evaluation methods.
• Experience in product/business analysis with a focus on metrics, PRD, and discovery.
• Orientation towards key metrics, PRD composition, conducting research, striving for process digitization.
• Proficiency in AI tools: using low-code platforms such as Cursor, Notebook.
