Job description
The Back Office Support team creates beautiful and user-friendly admin panels for support, helping them communicate with users more efficiently and gathering all user analytics into a single data repository.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop admin panels for support: interfaces, scenarios, states.
- Participate in discovery with the product team: gather problems, form hypotheses, create quick prototypes, and validate solutions.
- Conduct research on internal users and turn findings into product improvements.
- Document user scenarios, state logic, and screen/component requirements.
- Support implementation with development: prepare layouts, QA interfaces, iterate based on feedback.
Requirements
- Experience designing complex interfaces: admin panels, CRM, personal accounts, helpdesk systems, or other system products.
- Understanding of basic principles of website and mobile app interface design.
- Understanding of design systems, preferably experience working with them.
- Figma as the main tool.
- Ability to analyze information, build and test hypotheses (including user interviews and analytics/webvisor).
- Desire to create an outstanding product.
- Willingness to propose ideas.
- Portfolio required (applications without a portfolio will not be considered).
