Job description
Lagrange Labs is hiring a Product Designer for a web3 project, offering a remote full-time position with a salary range of 4,000 to 6,000 USD.
Responsibilities
- Design user experiences (UX) for complex technical interfaces and dashboards. - Create visual designs (UI) for web applications, mobile interfaces, and marketing materials. - Develop and maintain the company's design system for product consistency. - Conduct user research and prototype testing with target audiences. - Collaborate closely with frontend developers to ensure quality implementation of designs. - Create visualizations for complex cryptographic processes (e.g., ZK-proof workflows).
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Designer in IT companies for 3-4 years. - Strong portfolio with examples of complex interfaces (Fintech, Crypto, SaaS). - Proficient in Figma and prototyping tools. - Understanding of Web3 UX specifics (wallet interactions, transaction signing, network waiting states). - Ability to work iteratively and justify design decisions.
