Responsibilities
- Translate business goals into clear, quality, modern product solutions
- Design client and internal products from idea to detailed interfaces
- Conduct UX audits and analyze user scenarios
- Develop and maintain design systems
- Work with Lead Product Designer
- Implement AI tools in design processes
- Stay updated on design trends and technologies
Requirements
- 6+ years in product design
- Experience with digital products in product teams
- Ability to lead tasks from research to production
- Experience launching products or major features from scratch
- Strong understanding of UX, visual design, and product metrics
- Experience with design systems
- Ability to argue design decisions through business goals
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience with AI tools
- Familiarity with Jira, Linear, YouTrack, Notion, Confluence, Miro, Slack
