Responsibilities
- Contribute to enhancing services and delivering new value to customers through design.
- Play an active role as a member of the product team.
- UI/UX design for web services and mobile applications.
- Design updates and improvements to existing services.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design.
- 2+ years of continuous involvement with a single product.
- Ability to understand design requirements and proactively make proposals.
- Experience conducting information architecture based on user scenarios.
- Proficiency in using Figma for professional design work.
Conditions
- Monthly salary = Annual salary ÷ 12.
- Fixed overtime pay: Equivalent to 45 hours/month.
- Additional legal overtime, night, and holiday work compensated separately.
- Various allowances (commuting, remote work, etc.) provided separately.
- Performance-based bonus available.
